We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef with an exceptional knowledge of great Yorkshire produce and a passion for serving nothing but the best.
Contributing to the overall success of the restaurant in accordance with the hotel’s standards. You will be able to produce food of a high standard and be confident in all aspects of food preparation and service.
As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for preparing and running of the kitchen reporting to the Head Chef, plus maintaining standards of health and safety and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and organised according to hygiene regulations.
