We are looking for a dedicated and committed team member to join our small family business supplying jewellery findings and gemstones to the jewellery design industry.

The position entails day to day duties of processing orders from telephone, email & website from our 10,000 product lines (Jewellery Making Supplies), dealing with customer payments and associated administration including credit accounts, banking and PayPal.

The role also requires good customer service answering emails and telephone as well as dealing with customers in our trade showroom.

The applicant must have existing knowledge and experience of working in an administrative role and have experience with customer service.

  • Experience of a SAP stock system may be advantageous.
  • Needs to be flexible in attitude to the job as may include other duties.
  • Would suit a person who can multitask, work under pressure and bring new skills to our business.

Salary: £16,500.00 upwards depending on age & experience
