Project Manager and Secretary to the Trustee for the Holme Valley Land Charity

The Holme Valley Land Charity is a small local Charity, created to make the best use of the value inherent in exhausted local quarries, for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the Holme Valley. The sole corporate trustee of the Charity is the Holme Valley Parish Council.

This challenging position requires someone with good managerial and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an unstructured environment.  We are looking for someone who has the skillset and the experience to:

  • carry out the formal duties of Secretary to the Trustee
  • manage the day to day administration of the Charity
  • work with the Trustee to proactively develop the work of the Charity
This is a part-time self-employed role paid at £20 per hour for flexible working at an average of 12 hours per month, totalling 144 hours over the year.
