Part-time Receptionist/Shop Assistant required at Holme Valley Camping & Caravan Park

We are looking for a part-time receptionist/shop assistant to join our busy team. Hours would vary depending on the season. During the spring/summer/autumn these would be between 10 and 30 hours per week and with the possibility of some winter work.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:-

  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Taking and processing bookings using our online booking system
  • Welcoming guests, taking pitch payments, and showing guests to pitches
  • General shop work

Must be flexible, reliable, honest and able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

We are looking for a team player with good communication skills, a friendly personality and ability to provide excellent customer service.
