Office Administrator Required – Full time OR Part time as job share.

Italia Autosport, founded by John Pogson, is an internationally renowned classic Ferrari specialist. Our history includes a 6 time championship winning racing team and we are famous for the exceptionally high level of restoration work we produce, we pride ourselves on the work we offer to the client and consider each and every member of our team to be part of the Italia Autosport family.

We are looking for someone to join our small office based in Meltham to carry out general day to day administrative duties included but not limited to; answering the main switchboard, dealing with enquiries, typing duties, diary upkeep, managing invoices, upkeep of records and communication with our accountants.

Candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and understand computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word. Previous office experience is essential, references MUST be provided. The person we are looking for will be well spoken, well presented, reliable, take pride in an eye for detail and have the ability to learn and understand the day to day tasks that need to happen within the business. Good time keeping and reliability are essential.

Full time hours are 9am-5pm Monday – Friday, however we will consider job share and part time applicants.
