To work and manage front of house covering bar and waiting on duties, various shifts including weekdays and weekends, must be flexible with previous experience of working in a hospitality environment, good rates of pay for right applicant.

Responsibilities –

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant customers
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations from the menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar stock and supplies
Stay guest focused and provide an excellent guest experience
