Executive Assistant – Commercial Real Estate
Permanent – Full Time – Holmfirth – £25,000 – £30,000
Towndoor is a family-owned and established organisation within the construction and property rental industry based in Holmfirth who is looking for an experienced assistant to join their team due to company growth. In addition to Towndoor the main business, there are a number of smaller sub enterprises including residential holiday rentals (www.villabam.com & www.bamlodge.co.uk), a new café/leisure business (www.lusplace.co.uk), and a charity to support (www.teht.co.uk)
The role will involve all EA duties to the busy Managing Director inclusive of: Project management, sales & lettings, arranging meetings, diary management and organisation, minute taking, telephone screening, arranging all travel and accommodation as and when required, ensuring all emails and post is dealt with in a timely manner and adhering to company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience of working within a high pressured and fast-paced environment. You will have a professional approach, have a passion for attention to detail and be highly organised with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be able to manage and prioritise your workload and be adaptable and flexible in your approach. This role will require excellent IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft 365.
This role is a permanent vacancy and you will be working for a successful and reputable organisation within the real estate industry offering a competitive salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 with an excellent benefits package.
