The Jellyman’s Daughter in concert at Meltham

7th December - 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

£10.00

The Jellyman’s Daughter perform a beguiling blend of Americana and folk, with a touch of bluegrass. Mixing gorgeous vocal harmonies with wild cello, driving guitar and sweet mandolin, Edinburgh-based Emily Kelly and Graham Coe are joined by talented banjoist Jamie Francis. All three are outstanding performers who delight audiences with their excellent musicianship and terrific songwriting. The Jellyman’s Daughter have toured extensively in the UK, Europe and Canada, and recently completed their first major tour of the USA. Their second album “Dead Reckoning” (featuring a 16-piece string orchestra) was released in May 2018 to an avalanche of glowing reviews. They were recently featured on Mark Radcliffe’s flagship BBC Radio Two Folk Show, and are regularly championed by Ricky Ross on BBC Radio Scotland.

Doors 7.30pm, concert 8pm. There will be a licensed bar run by the community association.
Tickets £10 advance from wegottickets.com or locally in Meltham at Cafe 33 or The Flower Box. £12 on the door.
