Our fitness camps will be held in April, June, Aug and October 2017. With accommodation at the beautiful Lane Farm cottages. Weekends will include a mix of healthy home cooked food and a wide range of exercise from, free style fitness yoga, walking, boxing, dance aerobics and much more! Our weekends are aimed at ladies who can't seem to get on the right track, we however will show you how!
