Join the highly knowledgeable and entertaining Paul Gaskell from The Wild Trout Trust who will be giving us a short tour of the River Holme in Holmfirth, telling us about the fascinating ecology of the River Holme and showing ways we can improve our stretch of river for Trout in the Town. Oaklands Health Centre in conjunction with Making space and Carers Count hold a drop in the 2nd Thursday of every month, 12pm-2pm. You do not need to have a diagnosis of dementia or be a patient at Oaklands Health Centre. Making space offer help, advice, information and support for people affected by Dementia and their carers.
