Sharing Hepworth’s History – A Family History Day – Hepworth Village Hall

Huddersfield Family History Society has recently received a Sharing Heritage Lottery Grant in order to preserve a number of documents donated to the Society which relate to the village of Hepworth. Our main event takes place at Hepworth Village Hall where they will be an exhibition around the documents rescued and preserved for the future. The Society will be publishing a book 'The History of Hepworth' produced from a manuscript believed to have been written around 1942 by Herbert Shaw.…
