J M Building Yorkshire Ltd are seeking a Book-Keeper / Office Manager to support their growing business.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration, accounts and book-keeping.
This is a broad role covering many different areas.
The role involves book-keeping, payroll, office management duties, elements of HR and recruitment, Health and Safety and other project related work.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience using Sage 50 accounts and payroll.
The Directors seek to appoint a self-starter, who can work independently using their own initiative, whilst also working well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual who is professional, personable, efficient and an excellent communicator.
Working alongside the Directors to support the running, growth and development of the company this is an excellent opportunity for the right person.
A flexible working hours pattern would be considered.
Weekly hours: 18 hours per week initially over 3 days.
Rate of pay: £20-22 per hour – open to negotiation for the right candidate plus pension scheme and holiday pay.
