We are the UK’s leading independent BMW Motorcycles parts mail order company, employing 27 staff and we are seeking a candidate to join our Admin/Finance team. Having an interest in Motorcycles is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail are vital to the position. Experience working in an office environment with strong Sage accounts and Microsoft Office skills are essential for the job. The ideal candidate will also have good communication skills and be able to deal with financial queries on a day to day basis.
Some of the key duties will include reconciling and inputting daily sales, raising customer invoices in our CRM software for sales, managing petty cash, reconciling receipts, processing supplier invoices, monitoring bank accounts and maintaining databases.
The Motorworks team works as a close unit so it is vital that all staff can work with their colleagues in a friendly and helpful manner. On the job training will be given.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Some training can be provided but the successful candidate will already have most of the above skills and experience.
Hours of work are between Monday to Friday, 8:50am to 5:30pm. The hours available are between 25 and 38¾. We are flexible on start and finish times as we are keen to encourage the best candidate.
